Brand guidelines
How to use the Pleaxy name and logo when you write about us, connect your product to Pleaxy or tell your customers you send invoices through it. Download the files below. For anything these guidelines don't cover, email support@pleaxy.ai.
Logos
Use the files as they are. Pick the version for your background: the standard one on white or light backgrounds, the one for dark backgrounds on dark colors and photos.
Logo
The mark and the Pleaxy wordmark. Use it in most places.
Logo with tagline
Adds "Complexity made easy". Only for large sizes, such as a slide or a banner.
Mark
The symbol on its own, for small or square spaces where the name is already shown nearby.
App icon
The mark on its dark tile, for integration directories and app listings.
Clear space and minimum size
Leave space around the logo at least as wide as the blue dot on every side. Keep text, other logos and the edge of the page out of it.
Don't show the logo narrower than 100 px on screen or 25 mm in print. The logo with tagline needs at least 400 px, or the tagline can't be read. The mark on its own works down to 16 px.
Colors
The logo uses three colors. Use them as they are; don't recreate the logo in other colors.
Pleaxy Black
#0B0B0B
The mark and the wordmark on light backgrounds.
Pleaxy Blue
#0066FF
The dot. It stays blue on every background.
Pleaxy Light
#F5F7FA
The mark and the wordmark on dark backgrounds.
Our name
Write Pleaxy as one word with a capital P, in every language. Don't translate it and don't write it in all capitals in running text.
Our AI assistant is Pleaxy Assistant, with both words capitalized.
Avoid PLEAXY, pleaxy, PleaxyAI and Pleaxy.ai. Use pleaxy.ai only as a web address.
Do's and don'ts
Do
- Use the files from this page.
- Pick the version that contrasts with your background.
- Link the logo to pleaxy.ai when it appears on a web page.
- Keep your own brand more prominent than ours on your site and materials.
Don't
- Change the colors or proportions, rotate the logo, or add outlines, shadows or other effects.
- Redraw the logo, set the name in another font, or move the dot away from the mark.
- Place the logo on busy photos or patterns where it's hard to read.
- Use Pleaxy or our mark in your product name, company name, domain, app icon or social media handle.
- Suggest that Pleaxy sponsors, endorses or partners with you unless we've agreed to it in writing.
Referring to Pleaxy
If your product connects to Pleaxy, or you take invoices through it, say so in plain words. Phrases like these are fine:
- Works with Pleaxy
- Integrates with Pleaxy
- Send us invoices through Pleaxy
- Built on the Pleaxy API
Use our name to describe what your product does, not as part of its name: "Invoice sync for Pleaxy" is fine, "Pleaxy Sync" isn't.
Words like partner, certified or official need our agreement in writing first.
Trademarks
Pleaxy Inc. owns the trademarks Pleaxy, the Pleaxy logo and the Pleaxy mark. These guidelines let you use them only as described here; they don't grant any other license, and we may ask you to change or stop a use at any time.
