A Pleaxy Assistant message is one question or instruction you send. Confirming or cancelling an action the Pleaxy Assistant proposed doesn't count, and neither does a message that fails because of an error on our side; "Continue" counts as a new message. Paid plans' allowances reset at the start of each billing month; Free allowances, for buyers and suppliers, reset on the 1st of each month (UTC). On a paid plan, a workspace's buyers and suppliers share its allowance. Unused messages don't carry over. Limits: up to 50 messages per person per day, and up to a fifth of a workspace's monthly allowance per day. When a workspace reaches its allowance, the Pleaxy Assistant pauses until it resets; the rest of Pleaxy keeps working. Free workspaces, buyer or supplier, use the Pleaxy Assistant on a best-effort basis and may be paused when shared capacity is used up.
