How these checks work
Every 5 minutes an automated check calls each service the way your browser or SDK would: the API's health endpoint, the app's home page, and the public keys that sign-in uses to verify sessions. A check that fails is tried once more before it counts. The checks run inside AWS, in the same region as Pleaxy, so a problem between your network and AWS won't show here.
