Pleaxy

Cloud connections

Link your cloud billing read-only, and revoke it anytime.

Connect Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) through read-only access you create in your own account with a setup script. Pleaxy reads billing data only, and you can revoke access from your own console.

How it works

  • No keys to hand over

You create the access and you can remove it whenever you like. Pleaxy never asks for your cloud passwords or access keys.

  • Your PO number on AWS invoices

Pleaxy keeps your purchase orders as its own record. Add a Pleaxy PO number under Purchase orders in the AWS Billing console and AWS prints it on its invoices.

  • Usage for matching

The billing data from a connected account is what usage reconciliation and three-way matching compare invoices against.

  1. Invoices that don't match actual usage

    • Buyers
    The problem
Usage-based services make invoices difficult to verify. The invoice may be mathematically correct while the underlying quantities, tiers, rates or commitments are not.
    How Pleaxy helps
Pleaxy compares billed quantities and rates against actual usage and the commercial terms that apply to it — identifying unexpected consumption, incorrect rates and charges that need review.
